The Office of the B.C. Container Trucking Commissioner

Established under the province’s 2014 Container Trucking Act, the Office of the B.C. Container Trucking Commissioner (OBCCTC) enforces compliance with the Container Trucking Act, issues Container Trucking Services licences within the Truck Licencing System and facilitates ongoing policy and regulatory review.
